We learn how to be in relationships from our families, past relationships, media, and early experiences. Unconscious patterns will perpetuate when we don't take the time to explore them.   • As an out-of-network provider, I offer therapy that is tailored to your unique needs without the restrictions that insurance companies often impose. This allows us the flexibility to focus on what truly matters to you, at your pace. While I don’t accept insurance directly, many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement through their insurance plans. I’m happy to provide the necessary documentation to help you navigate this process, so you can prioritize your well-being without sacrificing personalized care.

  • You’ll gain insights into the present, connect to your past self, and create change with compassion. Through guided conversations and practical tools, you’ll understand your emotional experiences, express needs, get in touch with desire, and foster deeper understanding through curiosity.

  • Couples therapy is for any stage of relationships. The common myth is that going to couples therapy means the relationship is over. Whether you are in the beginning of a relationship and want to create a collaborative foundation, or want to ignite a spark now that kids are out of the house, couples therapy is for you.

  • You can expect empathy, compassion, and accountability toward action. I use in-depth frameworks for insights and a direct approach towards change you want to see. You are the expert in your life, and I’m grateful to be part of your growth journey.

  • Major credit cards and HSA accounts are accepted.

    60 minute sessions: $175
    90 minute sessions: $250

    There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment there will be a $100 fee.

  • You might have questions about how to use your out-of-network benefits, and it can help to have a guide. Here are the questions to ask your insurance company regarding out-of-network services, Superbills, and reimbursement.
